On a warm September day, I had the chance to visit Sydnee Wilson, one of Montreal’s few women brewers, at Microbrasserie 4 Origines in Pointe Saint-Charles. As the brewing scene in Montreal is male dominated, I sought to shed light on the gender disparities of the industry, whilst taking the time to highlight Sydnee’s incredible work, under the mentorship of head brewer Yanick Turcotte.
